Gianna Petraglia

Meet Gianna, Coordinator and a Diamond Pros alumna. Gianna's journey with Diamond Pros began on the softball field under Lou's mentorship, shaping her as both a player and a person. She progressed from youth sports through Archbishop Molloy High School, representing both JV and varsity teams. After high school, Gianna pursued her undergraduate and MBA at St. John's University while also serving as a graduate assistant. Remaining integral to Diamond Pros, she worked closely with Lou in the office, ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes. Gianna's dedication to Diamond Pros shines through her involvement since 2012, including playing for the organization, participating in the 2016 friendly series in Puerto Rico, and leading initiatives post-COVID-19. Her dedication embodies our tradition of excellence and passion for developing young athletes.

Nick Petraglia

Meet Nick, the Director of Overall Operations. As a dedicated father of two, Nick's journey in youth sports started with his children, who both embraced baseball and softball. Nick's involvement extended beyond mere support; he coached his daughter's softball team, which notably participated in the 2016 friendly series. During the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic, Nick played a crucial role in reviving the program, showcasing his commitment to the sport and the community. His passion, dedication, and profound understanding of youth sports' nuances have left a lasting impact, shaping young athletes not just as players but as individuals prepared for challenges both on and off the field. Nick's contributions continue to inspire and elevate the youth sports experience for all involved.

Felix Delgado

Meet Felix Delgado, the Director of Operations for Softball. A former Marine (or as he would say Once a Marine Always a Marine) and a proud father of two. Felix brings discipline, leadership, and a deep sense of commitment to our organization. Having served his country with honor, he now channels his dedication into empowering young athletes. With his strong work ethic and unwavering integrity, Felix ensures that our programs uphold the values of teamwork, resilience, and respect. His dedication ensures every player can reach their full potential and make lasting memories on and off the field. With a "no athlete left behind" mindset, Felix is all about helping each athlete reach their full potential. Together, through teamwork and dedication, we can accomplish our goals!

On-site Coordinator

Orlando Encarnacion Jr.

Meet Orlando Encarnacion, the onsite coordinator for baseball and softball in Puerto Rico. A former baseball player from Luquillo, Puerto Rico, Orlando brings his passion for the game and experience as a college athlete to his role. Currently a starting catcher for Prairie State College in Chicago, where he's hitting .308 this season, Orlando is dedicated to both his personal development as a player and supporting youth in their baseball and softball journeys. Baseball has always been a significant part of Orlando's life, and he aims not only to excel personally but also to guide young players in the right direction. Looking ahead, Orlando envisions continuing his work with kids, particularly through organizations like Diamond Pro, as he believes in nurturing the next generation of athletes.
